I am a  sports mental coach  and I help athletes and technicians to express themselves at their best!

The commitment and the enormous sacrifices necessary to obtain excellent performances have always fascinated me, stimulating me to seek practical solutions that would allow athletes to excel in their discipline, facing the competitive commitment with enthusiasm and serenity.

With the same physical potential, ability and technical preparation, it is the mental game that makes the difference; for this reason I have developed a mental training methodology designed to free the athlete from mental interference that hinders the full expression of his genetic potential and his technical abilities.

In fact, every athlete has to manage worries, pressures, doubts and fears: these are delicate elements, which must be faced with specific techniques and precise mental strategies. Through a series of skills with proven effectiveness, by training mind-body cooperation, you can generate new mental habits, enhancing motivation and the fluid and “automatic” execution of the technical gesture, mainly in conditions of high and prolonged stress.
